YOUR REALITY
Is this you?
- Do you get interrupted five minutes after sitting down to do the important work?
- Is your team asking you the same questions over and over?
- Are deadlines slipping because work is waiting on you?
- Does every job get done differently because the process lives in your head?
- Have you meant to build systems for months, but never had the time?
- Does the thought of a week off make you nervous?
If you said yes to two or more, you’re the bottleneck. Not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because your business has outgrown the way it’s run.
- Your team gets on with it. You’re not their next step.
- Work gets finished without you chasing it.
- AI and automation get more done. Less effort gets wasted.
- You know what’s happening without running every detail.
- The systems you keep putting off finally get built.
- You take a week off. The business doesn’t.
A SMALLER WAY TO BEGIN
The 3-Week Fix™
The work is delegated. So why does it still need you?
Bring us one recurring problem that makes you think ‘why does this still need me?’ We find what’s keeping you involved, pick the bes place to start and fix it in three weeks.
That might be a clearer process, better use of AI or automation or giving your team the authority to decide. We redesign how the work and give your team a simple guide showing the steps, who decides what and what to do when something goes off-script.
You bring the frustration. We do the fixing.
Your time investment: around 3 to 5 hours across the whole 3-Week Fix™ to bring your context, key decisions and feedback. We do the heavy lifting.
Our guarantee: if a delay on our side runs the 3-week fix past 3 weeks, we finish it at no extra fee.

CORE OFFER
The Step-Back Partnership™
Make your business easier to run, and less reliant on you.
Keeping things as they are costs you time and ties up your team’s capacity. Another hire may ease the pressure. A better way of working can reduce that pressure every time the work gets done – and create room to grow without automatically adding another hire.
We look at how work, information and decisions move through the business, fix what’s causing the hold-ups, and put the changes in place with your team. Through an ongoing partnership, we keep improving how the business runs, freeing up more time as you grow. Where work still needs a person, our Australian team handles it, so it doesn’t come back to you.
We combine:
- Process
- People
- Data
- Governance
- Technology
- Automation
- AI
- Hands-on support
OUR APPROACH
Outcome-led. Process-first.
We start with what’s keeping you stuck, not a tool we want to sell you. Then we redesign how the work gets done and put the changes in place, so less comes back to you.
Understand the work
Find what’s slowing things down, keeping you involved and taking more effort than it should.
Improve how it runs
Redesign the work and put the right mix of process, people, technology, automation and AI into practice.
Human support i
Where work still needs a person, it doesn’t have to be you. Our Australian team can handle the ongoing work, including oversight and exceptions.
Free up capacity
Less work coming back to you, less wasted effort and more room for what matters.
Defined Project
Agreed changes in place.
Your team ready to take it forward.
Our Capacity Promise
As we reduce the effort needed to deliver your ongoing work, we use the capacity freed within your retainer to tackle your next agreed priority.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Things people usually ask before booking a call.
That is completely fine. You can come to us knowing only that part of the business feels frustrating, time-consuming or harder than it should be. You do not need to work out whether the answer is a new process, better use of technology, automation, AI or additional human support.
We look at how the work happens now, clarify the outcome it needs to produce and work out what is getting in the way. From there, we determine the right combination of changes and make them happen.
No. AI and automation have to earn their place.
We begin with the outcome, the process and the people involved. We use technology, automation or AI where it can genuinely reduce effort, improve reliability or create useful capacity. Sometimes the right answer is better use of an existing system, clearer ownership or a simpler process.
Yes. We first look at how your existing systems are being used, where they are creating friction and what should work together more effectively. Often, there is more value in improving or connecting what you already have than introducing another system.
Wherever practical, the operational solution is built within the systems and AI environment owned by your business. This helps you retain appropriate access, control and ownership after the engagement ends.
If a different system is genuinely needed, we can help identify, select, configure and implement it. We may use our own tools to analyse, plan or manage the work, but we do not want the finished way of working to depend unnecessarily on systems only Empire Ops controls.
We make the changes. Depending on the work, that can include redesigning the process, configuring systems, building automations or AI-assisted workflows, documenting the new way of working, testing it and supporting rollout and adoption.
The aim is not to leave you with a report explaining what should change. It is to make the change work reliably in the real business.
We will need input from the people who understand the work, along with timely decisions and feedback at the points where they matter. That helps us understand what really happens, rather than designing around assumptions.
You will not be expected to carry the analysis, redesign or implementation yourself. We lead the work and involve you and your team where your knowledge, judgement or approval is needed.
Yes, where it falls within the operational support our team provides. Improving a workflow does not always remove the need for a person, and the work that remains does not have to return to you.
Through an Ongoing Partnership, we can provide capacity for recurring work such as administration, executive assistance, coordination, marketing support, project support, operational tasks and human oversight of automated or AI-assisted workflows.
Where the work requires specialist or internal expertise, we clarify how it should flow and who should own it rather than delivering that specialist work ourselves.
It depends on the scope and complexity of the work.
For a Project, we confirm the expected stages and timing once we understand the outcome, the systems involved and who needs to contribute. Smaller engagements have a more contained scope, while an Ongoing Partnership allows priorities and improvements to continue over time.
We give you a realistic view of the timing before the work begins rather than applying a standard timeframe to every problem.
We test and document the new way of working and make sure the relevant people understand how to use and maintain it.
Responsibility can then pass to your team, remain with another provider or continue with Empire Ops through an Ongoing Partnership. Continuing support is available, but it is not required for every Project.
We work primarily with established service businesses whose growth has created greater operational complexity.
Typically, too much still depends on the founder, processes and systems have not kept pace, or the team needs more capacity without simply adding another permanent role.
If you are unsure whether your business is the right fit, a conversation is the simplest way to find out.
